Every day, AI reads the Dash notes of every active Reconstruction job and
compares them against how past jobs were lost. Jobs showing real warning
signs get a risk level.
This page then asks a second question: of the at-risk jobs, which are the
cheapest to actually save? Every reason a job gets stuck has a track
record — a missing estimate is usually a one-day internal fix, while a
customer who already hired a competitor rarely comes back. Each job's
rescue value = the chance the save works × the dollars on the
estimate. The list below is today's top rescue values: jobs where acting
this week, mostly with ADRI's own hands, protects real revenue.
Two kinds of jobs are left off this list on purpose. Signed jobs —
once the work authorization is signed, jobs almost always settle. And
insurer-dependent jobs — when the next move runs through an
adjuster, carrier, or TPA, the timeline belongs to them, so it is not a
quick win no matter the dollars. Both keep their full read on the board.
The jobs below are today's easiest rescues: real revenue at risk,
a known reason it's stuck, and a fix that is quick and mostly in ADRI's hands.
